Monthly update.

Hello,

Well its been a busy month but a productive one. Im coming to the end of a week off which ive enjoyed, ive had a few photography events that have been a lot of fun as well, starting with a compertition thats held in ruthin every year, a mini- phot marathon the challange is to take 6 photoon 6 topics, they were:

I dont usualy enter compertitions like this, i dont really enjoy them but on this ocasion my good friend and fellow tog came along too and we had a good walk around Ruthin at the same time, I entered 6 photos but as yet I dont know how well I did, probabply not very. You can see the 6 images below. Following that my friend agreed to help me prepare for another event Ive been asked to do, which is update the corporait portarits for work, so we spent about 40 minues while i test verious lighting ideas and lens settings.

Then on the 23rd another good friend of mine got married, I was very hapy and proud to be asked to do the photography of the day. This was my first wedding event so I was a bit nervous about getting the shots the couple wanted. I took 516 photos over all, ive no idea if thats a lot for a wedding or not, its quite a lot for me though! So now im in the process of editing them, its going to take a while but im enjoying going through them and looking forward to seeiung there reactions to the finished photos.

Lastly was a pinups portrati session at Montrose studios. My frst studio portrait session in almost 12 months. It was another good event and I enjoyed it tremendosly. Ill include some of the photos in the portfolio section linked below.

As for next month its going to be spent mostly preparing for the corp portratis sessions but ibe another exiting project in the works as well that ill talk about next time once ive worked out the details.
